August 15, 2009, at 01:24 PM by Walker Hale - add location of venue
Changed lines 1-3 from:

We are looking for a location in the Dallas area. A college would be a nice choice. It has been suggested that we consider a hotel, and we are getting bids on that.

Because of the expanded nature of this year's Texas Pycon, we are looking for a somewhat different facility than we used the last two years. We are going to be sprinting on Sunday and need some place witha couple of rooms and wifi to handle that.

Changed lines 1-12 from:

We are fortunate to have access to the Texas Learning & Computing Center (TLC2). It is located in Hoffman Hall (Building 547) in the center of campus. The large multimedia classroom #232 seats up to 126.

Since this will be a weekend affair parking will not be an issue. U of H football has an away game that weekend, so there is no parking conflict with that either.
